Our All-In service is designed for owners who want to professionally outsource the entire rental of their property.

We take care of the entire rental process, from online visibility to guest communication and reservation management.

Yes, you can. Many clients choose keyholding + rental service so that we can also receive guests, arrange check-ins and carry out house checks after departure.

We store your keys securely in a locked key safe with anonymous encryption. Keys can never be traced to your address or name. Only we have access, and every issue and withdrawal is recorded.

In case of exterior locking, we come to the house to hand over the key or let it in. This falls within the keyholding service.

Yes. We always carry out home inspections in person to ensure everything is done carefully and reliably.

No. For cleaning, garden maintenance and pool maintenance, we work with carefully selected partners. We do take care of planning, coordination and quality control.

In consultation, this is sometimes possible, but regular customers always have priority. Our structural services work on an annual contract.
