We store your keys in a locked, secure key safe. Each key is encrypted anonymously, without any reference to your name, address or home. This ensures maximum security and complete discretion. Only we have access to the key safe and every action is carefully recorded in our registration system.

In addition to secure key management, we offer professional home inspection service in Jávea and surroundings. During each inspection, we inspect the house for damage, leakage, moisture, signs of burglary, pests and technical problems. We also check utilities and flush water pipes to prevent stagnant water and limescale.

All inspections, key releases and return moments are recorded with date, time and findings. Upon request, you will receive photos or updates, so you will always have insight into the condition of your property, even when you are not in Spain.

You or your designated persons can collect keys by appointment. In case of emergencies, we are personally ready to help immediately. Because we are located in Jávea, we can be on site quickly when needed.
