In 2025 verhuisde ik samen met Alex en onze dochter naar Jávea.
Gedreven door de wens om bewuster, vrijer en dichter bij de natuur te leven, kozen wij voor kwaliteit van leven, rust en een omgeving die écht als thuis voelt.
Tijdens het opbouwen van ons nieuwe leven merkte ik in gesprekken met woningbezitters hoe groot de behoefte is aan een betrouwbare partner ter plaatse. Iemand die niet alleen een sleutel beheert, maar verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Iemand die vooruitdenkt, controleert, schakelt en helder communiceert, juist wanneer eigenaren zelf niet in Spanje zijn.

Vanuit die overtuiging is Casa Care Costa Blanca ontstaan. Wat begon met woningcontroles en sleutelbeheer, groeide al snel uit tot professioneel property management, inclusief volledige uit handen nemen van de verhuur en gastmanagement.
Ik ben het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorg voor overzicht, communicatie en coördinatie.
Alex is verantwoordelijk voor de operationele uitvoering en de praktische zorg voor de woningen. Samen vormen wij een betrokken en betrouwbaar team dat staat voor kwaliteit, continuïteit en persoonlijk contact.

Our working method
At Casa Care, we believe that real peace of mind comes from knowing that your home is in good hands. That is why we work in a structured, personal way and with clear agreements. Clear communication and short lines of communication are key, so you always know where you stand.
We provide in-house key management, property checks, guest reception and coordinate cleaning and linen service. We also offer full rental assistance, including guest communication, check-in and check-out coordination and platform management.
For maintenance and cleaning, we work with carefully selected partners in the region. We always remain your permanent point of contact and monitor planning, quality and progress.
Our approach is involved but professional, personal but clear. No loose links, but one central point of contact that keeps an overview and takes responsibility.
